MEAT AND MAC SKILLET: (Ground Meat Mix)

1 cup elbow macaroni
2 cup ground meat mix
1/4 cup water
1 can corn, drained, 8oz
2 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz
3/4 cup milk
2 each tomatoes
2 each slices american cheese

Cook macaroni 10 minutes, or just till tender. Drain, and set aside. In skillet combine, frozen ground meat mix, and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over low heat, 15 minutes, breaking up meat with fork. Cover, cook 5 minutes longer. Add drained corn, parsley, chili powder, salt, garlic salt, cumin, and pepper, to meat mixture. Mix well. Stir in cream cheese, and milk. Stir in macaroni, and heat through. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Arrange tomato wedges, and cheese, which has been cut into four triangles, atop meat mixture. Cover skillet, and heat over low heat, 8-10 minutes, just till cheese is melted, and tomatoes heated through.

Yield: 4 servings
