MEAT BALL STROGANOFF: (Meat Ball Mix)

24 each meat balls
2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 cup water
1 can mushrooms, 4oz
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup sour cream, 8oz
1 pkg noodles, 8oz

In skillet combine, meat balls, beef bouillon, and 1 cup water. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Remove meat balls from skillet with slotted spoon. Add mushrooms and salt to juices in skillet. In small bowl combine, flour, and 1/2 cup cold water. Add to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Add sour cream to skillet and mix thoroughly. Add meat balls. Heat through, over low heat. Do not boil. Serve over hot, cooked noodles.

Yield: 4 servings
