Mexican Layered Dip

1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 each 16 oz can refried beans
2 each avacados
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
8 oz sour cream
1 each sm cn blk olives chop drain
1 each tomato, chopped
1 each onion, chopped
4 oz can chopped green chilis
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Combine refried beans and taco seasoning mix and mix well. Spread evenly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Peel, seed and mash avacados. Place in blender. Add garlic powder, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth. Spread over refried bean mixture. Layer the remaining ingredients, in the order listed, over homemade avacado dip. Serve with tortilla chips.
