Mocha Frosting
cakes
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup hot strong coffee
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon butter
2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
Place all ingredients accept powdered sugar in blender. Blend for 1 minute. Add powdered sugar, and blend until mixture is smooth. Frosts 2 cake layers.
Yield: 8 servings
