Noodles

1 each egg
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
In a small mixing bowl, beat egg. Add milk and salt. Add flour, to form a stiff dough. Let dough rest 10 minutes. On a floured pastry board, using rolling pin, roll out dough very thin, into a 12-18 inch rectangle. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll dough up loosely. Slice dough into 1/4 inch wide slices. Unroll, spread out dough and let dry 2 hours. Makes 6 ounces, or about 3 cups of noodles.
