Orange Butter Frosting

1 each stick butter, softened
1 pkg cream cheese softened, 3oz
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1 pkg powdered sugar, 3 1/2 cups

In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, and orange juice until smooth. Add orange peel, and mix well. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat frosting until smooth and creamy. This is enough frosting for tops and sides of 2, 8 or 9 inch layers, top of1 15-10 inch pan of barcookies, 24 cup cakes, or 48 cookies.

Yield: 30 servings
