Orange Ice

4 cup water
2 each oranges use grated rind only
2 cup sugar
2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Add fruit juices and rind. Cool and strain. Freeze according to ice cream freezer directions. Makes 2 quarts.
Yield: 24 servings
