OVEN CHICKEN HASH: (Cooked Chicken Mix)

2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup cooked potatoes, cubed
1 can evaporated milk, small
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon pepper
7 each salteen crackers
1 tablespoon butter

In medium mixing bowl stir together, chicken, potatoes, 1 small can evaporated milk, (2/3 cup), parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sage, and pepper. Turn into lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Place crackers in small baggy, and crush with rolling pin. (If you are careful, and make sure to remove all air from baggy, stepping on the baggy of crackers works quite well). Toss together cracker crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle atop hash. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 30 minutes, or until heated through.
