Oven Chicken With Vegetables

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 each chicken breasts boned skined
1 each stick butter, melted
4 each carrots
4 each potatoes, halved lengthwise
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and oregano. Brush chicken pieces with some of the melted butter. Roll in bread crumb mixture to coat. Place chicken in 9-13 inch baking pan. Cut carrots in half crosswise, then lengthwise. Arrange cut up carrots and potatoes, around chicken in pan. Sprinkle chicken and vegetables generously with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes. Brush vegetables with remaining melted butter, and sprinkle with dill weed. Bake 25 minutes longer, or till chicken and vegetables are tender.
