BB: FAVORITE HOT ARTICHOKE DIP

2 can artichoke hearts, 14oz
1 cup nonfat mayonaise
1/2 cup nonfat parmisan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon tobasco sauce
1 cup nonfat motzzarella cheese
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Grate motzzarella cheese. In a large bowl stir all ingredients together. Spoon into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Serve with fat free salteen crackers as a spread. Makes 3 cups. Serve in 1/4 cup portions. Per serving: fat 0.1 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 52, 2 percent calories from fat, protein 3 G, carbohydrate 11 G, sodium 271 MG.
