Peachy Chicken With Basil

3 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 each chicken breast halves
2 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup chicken broth
3 each peaches, peeled, sliced
1 each red onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
8 each basil leaves, sliced
1 pkg cooked noodles, 8oz

In small bowl mix flour, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with seasoned flour mixture. In nonstick 12 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 10-12 minutes, until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced with tip of knife, turning once during cooking. Transfer chicken to platter and keep warm. Add chicken broth to skillet and heat to boiling over high heat. Add peaches, onion, and lemon peel. Cook, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes or until peaches are softened and sauce is slightly thickened. Stir sliced basil into skillet. To serve, arrange chicken on plate with cooked noodles. Spoon sauce over chicken.
