Perfectly Chocolate, Chocolate Cake

2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 each eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegitable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease and flour 2 9 inch round cake pans. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed of electric hand held mixer. Stir in boiling water, batter will be thin. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 30-35 minutes, cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks, cool, frost.
