Philly Fudge

1 pkg powdered sugar, 1 pound
1 pkg cream cheese, 3 ounce
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Gradually add powdered sugar to softened cream cheese mixing until well blended. Melt chocolate in double boiler or micro wave and add to cream cheese mixture. Add vanilla, salt and nuts. Press fudge into 9 inch pan which has been lined with plastic wrap. Chill and cut in to squares. Garnish with additional nuts if desired. Yields 1 1/2 pounds.
