Pineapple Cheese Ball

1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz
1 can crushed pineapple, small
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped nuts for rolling
Drain pineapple. Cream drained pineapple and cream cheese together. Add green pepper, onion, seasoned salt, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Form cheese mixture into a ball and place in refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap, until firm enough to handle. Roll cheese ball in remaining 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Return to refrigerator and chill until ready to serve.
Yield: 16 servings
