Pineapple Ham Sandwiches

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 3/4 cup cooked ham, 8oz
12 each slices bread

In medium mixing bowl combine, 1 small can pineapple, drained, (8 1/4oz), , mayonnaise, brown sugar, and mustard. Add ground ham and mix thoroughly. Spread each llice of bread to the edge of crust with butter to prevent filling from soaking through. Spread 1/3 cup of ham mixture on 6 slices of buttered bread. Top each with another slice of bread, buttered side down.

Yield: 6 servings
