Pineapple Orange Sundae Sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice
1 can crushed pineapple, 8oz
In saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn starch, and grated orange peel. Blend in orange juice. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple. Cook and stir over medium heat till thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer. Cool. Refrigerate for later use. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
