PINEAPPLE PORK PIE: (Easy Egg Pastry Crusts)

1 1/2 lb ground pork
1 each onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained, 4oz
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can pineapple slices, 20oz
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 each 9 inch pie crusts

In skillet cook ground pork and onion, till meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Add soup, mushrooms, salt, thyme, and pepper, to meat mixture in skillet. Mix well. Place 9 inch bottom crust in pie pan. Spoon pork into crust. Arrange pineapple slices on top of pork mixture. Sprinkle brown sugar atop pie. Bake at 375 degrese , for 20 minutes, or till pastry is golden brown.

Yield: 6 servings
