Pineapple Yams

8 cup canned, drained, mashed yams
1 cup white raisins
2 cup granulated sugar
1 lb butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
1 lb miniature marshmallows
3 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

In a cooking pot, cover raisins with water and cook until tender. Drain raisins. Combine all other ingredients with raisins and mix thoroughly. Heat before serving,about 40 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
