Pink Velvet Company Pie

16 each graham crackers, crushed
1/2 each stick butter, melted
1 pkg strawberry jello
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 can condensed milk, large

Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter until just sticks together. Press in to bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan to form crust. set aside. Use purchased crust if desired. Pour condensed milk in to small bowl. Cover and chill in freezer 4-6 hours. Dissolve jello in water and add sugar and lemon juice. Whip frozen condensed milk until stiff. Whip partially set jello mixture in to milk. Pile in to crust. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Chill in refrigerator.

Yield: 8 servings
