Pizza Dough

1 cup beer
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
2 3/4 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast

To make this dough recipe use dough cycle of bread maker. When cycle ends remove dough from pan and press into 12 inch pizza pan. Brush lightly with oil. Cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm, draft free area for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spoon 1 cup tomato or pizza sauce over dough, then top with 1 cup of motzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Makes 1 thick crust pizza. For a thinner crust, divide dough in half and press into 2 12 inch pans. Bake 2 pizzas 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
