Pizza Pork Chops

4 each pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 oz mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chili sauce
4 each green pepper rings
1 can mushrooms, 2oz

Place pork chops on rack in broiler pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil chops, 3-4 inches from heat, for 8-10 minutes. Turn chops, broil 8 minutes longer, or till nearly done. Meanwhile, shred cheese. Brush chops with chili sauce. Sprinkle each with 1/4 of cheese. Place 1 green pepper ring, and 1/4 of drained mushrooms, atop each chop. Broil 1-2 minutes longer, or till cheese melts. Serve atop, or with, hot slices of toasty garlic bread.

Yield: 4 servings
