PIZZA ROLL UPS: (Freezer Bread Dough)

1 each loaf freezer bread dough
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup peparroni, chopped, 4oz
1 cup mozzarella cheese grated 4oz
Thaw Bread Dough, 1 1/2 to 2 hours. On lightly floured pastry board, roll dough into a 12-9 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion from long side. Seal. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with butter, and Sprinkle with salt. Let rise in warm, draft free place, till almost double, about 1 hour. Make shallow slashes across top at 2 inch intervals. Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes, or till done. Serve warm.
