PORK CHOP AND PASTA DINNER (Italian Sauce Mix)

1 1/2 cup macaroni
6 each pork chops
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cup italian sauce
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Boil macaroni until tender but not chooey. Place cooked macaroni in greased 9-13 inch baking dish. In large skillet, brown pork chops in hot cooking oil. Drain off excess fat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange browned pork chops over macaroni in baking dish. Combine Italian Sauce and chopped onion. Pour over chops. Sprinkle with parmisan cheese. Cover, bake at 350 degrees, 1 1/4 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve with additional parmisan cheese if desired.
Yield: 6 servings
