Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes

10 each red potatoes, peeled
1 each onion, chopped
6 tablespoon flour
6 tablespoon butter
3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
10 each pork chops
Peel and slice potatoes. Place in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Add chopped onion. In sauce pan, melt butter. Add flour and stir constantly until soft ball is formed. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Pour over potatoes in baking dish. Place raw pork chops atop potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees, 1 1/2 hours.
Yield: 8 servings
