Pork Roast

4 lb pork roast
1 each onion
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Place roast in cooking bag. Add water, salt and pepper. Peel onion and cut in half. Add to cooking bag. Place bag in 9 x 13 baking dish and fasten. Prick several holes in top. Bake at 350 degrees, 3 hours.

Yield: 12 servings
