Pumpernickle Rolls

1 1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 3/4 cup bread flour, plus
2 tablespoon bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rye flour
2 tablespoon dry milk
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

To make this recipe use dough cycle of bread maker. At end of cycle remove dough from pan and turn onto lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces, and shape into balls. Place dough balls into greased muffin tins. Brush tops lightly with melted butter. Cover muffin tins with a cloth and allow dough to rise in a warm, draft free place for 20-25 minutes, or till doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Makes 12 rolls.
