Pumpkin Pie

4 each eggs, beaten
1 can pumpkin, 29 oz.
2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon flour
2 can condensed milk, large
2 each pie shells, 9 inch
Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in brown sugar, spices, flour and salt. Mix well and add milk. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees, 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, and continue baking 35-40 minutes. Cool before serving.
Yield: 8 servings
