BB: FAVORITE SPICY NACHOS

1 pkg low fat nacho chips
2 cup nonfat cheddar cheese
1 lb ground white turkey
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/2 each head lettuce, chopped
2 each tomatoes, chopped

Cook turkey in a covered bowl in the microwave for 5 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 2 more minutes if needed. Drain, and set aside. Prepare taco mix as directed, substituting turkey for ground beef. Spoon taco mixture over chips. Sprinkle cheese on top. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes on top, and top with hot sauce if desired. Instead of ground turkey, 1 package Country Pride seasoned chicken strips, teroki, meskeet, or mexicalli flavor,, may be substituted. Cook chicken in microwave as directed on package and use in place of ground turkey. Per serving: fat 2.5 G, cholesterol 38 MG, fiber 3 G, calorries 231, 10 percent from fat, protein 27 G, carbohydrate 25 'G, sodium 580 MG.
