QUICK CHEESE BURGER CHOWDER: (Ground Meat Mix)

2 cup ground meat mix
1/4 cup water
2 cup potatoes, peeled, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoon flour
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

In large saucepan, combine ground meat mix and 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook over low heat, 15 minutes, breaking up meat mixture with fork. Cover, stir 5 minutes longer. Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, 1 1/4 cups water, and salt. Cover, cook 15-20 minutes, or till vegetables are tender. In small bowl, blend 1/2 cup milk and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Add remaining milk. Cook and stir till thickened bubbly. Add cheese to saucepan. Heat and stir just till cheese melts. Garnish individual servings with additional grated cheese if desired.
