Quick Cocoa Fudge

1 lb powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 each stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Blend powdered sugar and cocoa in 3 quart microwave safe glass bowl. Add milk and butter. Do not stir. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well with wooden spoon. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into lightly buttered 9 inch flat pan, and refrigerate until fudge is set. Cut into pieces. Freeze for later use if desired.
