QUICK EGGNOG2

beverages

1 each egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon rum, optional

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until frothy, about 20 seconds. Serve.
