QUICK MEAT BALL MINESTRONE (Meat Ball Mix)

24 each meat balls
1 can navy beans, 15oz
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1 each onion, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1 each bay leaf
4 cup water
4 oz spaghetti
1 can crushed tomatoes, 16oz
1 pkg mixed vegetables, 10oz
1 teaspoon sugar

In 6 quart cooking pot combine, meat balls, undrained beans, bouillon granules, onion, basil, bay leaf, and water. Bring to boiling. Add spaghetti, which has been broken into 2 inch lengths. Cover; simmer 20 minutes, or till meat balls are heated through. Stir in tomatoes, frozen mixed vegetables, and sugar. Heat through. Remove bay leaf. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle individual servings with parmesan cheese.

Yield: 8 servings
