QUICK MIX WAFFLES: (Quick Bread Mix)

2 each egg yolks, beaten
1 1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cup quick bread mix
2 each egg whites
In small mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, and cooking oil. In Separate small bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Place Quick Bread Mix in large mixing bowl. Add egg yolk mixture, beating just till blended. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Do not over mix. Bake in preheated waffle iron, according to manufacturer's directions.
Yield: 3 servings
