BB: FAVORITE STUFFED TURKEY MUSHROOMS

20 each large fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoon nonfat chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 lb skinless ground turkey
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup nonfat motzzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoon nonfat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup light spaghetti sauce

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Heat chicken broth in a skillet and cook onion and skinless, ground, turkey white meat. Add chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients. Cook mushroom mixture about 5 minutes. Stuff cooked mixture into mushroom caps, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat broiler and place mushrooms in oven, 2-4 minutes, or until cheese melts. Per serving: fat 0.3 G, cholesterol 4 MG, fiber 0.5 G, calories 22, 12 percent calories from fat, protein 3 G, carbohydrate 2 G, sodium 60 MG.
