RAISIN BREAKFAST WHEELS: (Freezer Bread Dough)

4 oz cream cheese, whipped
3 tablespoon butter, softened
2 tablespoon orange marmilade
16 each slices raisin bread
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

In small mixing bowl, combine softened, whipped cream cheese, 2 tablespoons softened butter, and orange marmilade. Make four, 4 layer sandwiches, spreading cream cheese mixture between slices of raisin bread. Cut sandwiches into 3 strips. Coil each strip, cut side down, in lightly greased muffin tin, curving slightly to fit. Spread remaining softened butter over tops. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over tops. Bake at 375 degrees, 10-12 minutes. Serve warm.

Yield: 12 servings
