BB: FAVORITE SWEET POTATO FRUIT SALAD

3 cup cooked sweet potatoes, diced
2 cup red delicious apples diced
2 cup green grapes
2 cup sliced bananas
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar, or:
1 1/2 pkg sweet and low
1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon orange juice

Place potatoes and fruit in a large bowl and mix together. Mix all of the other ingredients in a smaller bowl, and pour over sweet potatoes and fruit to coat. Chill before serving. Per serving, all sugar: fat0.6 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 4 G, calories 127, 4 percent calories from fat, protein 2 G, carbohydrate 30 G, sodium 20 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 123, carbohydrate 29 G.
