Rice Crispie Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoon butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cup rice crispies
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 teaspoon oil
Beat together peanut butter and butter. Add powdered sugar, stirring until well mixed. Meanwhile, in microwave safe small bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave on high, 90 seconds, or until mixture is melted and smooth, stirring occationally. Pour into peanut butter mixture and mix well. Gently stir in Rice Crispies. Press dough evenly into a greased 9 inch square pan. Chil in refrigerator 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and cut into 2 by 1 1/2 inch bars.
Yield: 24 servings
