Rice Crispie Cream Cheese Cookies

2 cup flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup rice crispies, crushed
1/2 cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoon orange juice
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon orange juice

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/4 cup of Rice Crispies. Set aside. Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until well combined. Add 4 teaspoons orange juice and mix well. Stir into flour mixture. Dough will be stiff. Drop by measuring tablespoonsful into remaining crushed Rice Crispies. Roll to coat. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Using the bottom of a measuring cup, slightly flatten each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely. To make glaze, combine powdered sugar, and 3 tablespoons orange juice, stirring until smooth. Drizzle glaze over cookies.
