BB: FAVORITE TURKEY COCKTAIL MEAT BALLS

1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup crushed sweet crackers
1/4 each onion, chopped
1 each eggbeater, (1/4 cup)
1 tablespoon chicken broth
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon light salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Mix all of the ingredients and roll into bite sized balls. Place on broiler pan, and bake at 375 degrees, for about 15-20 minutes. (Crackers used are fat free Snack Well sweet crackers.Turkey is lean ground white skinless meat). Meat ball dippers: 1/2 cup chili sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, or, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon sweet and low brown. Makes 50 meat balls.
