ROASTER: POT ROAST
main dish, meats
3 lb roast
8 each red potatoes, peeled, diced
4 each carrots, peeled, chunked
2 each onions, quartered
1/2 cup water
Spray electric roaster and rack with cooking spray, then place rack in roaster. Preheat roaster to 350 degrees. Cover, and roast for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Uncover roaster, and add water, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover, and continue cooking for 1 hour.
Yield: 8 servings
