SAUCY MEAT BALLS WITH BISCUITS: (Meat Ball Mix)

24 each meat balls
1 can cream of cellery soup
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup water
1 can mushrooms, chopped, 4oz
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cellery salt
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoon cooking oil
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoon butter, melted

Biscuit Topper: In small bowl combine, 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon cellery salt. In another small bowl, combine 1/4 cup milk with 2 teaspoons cooking oil. Stir into flour mixture just till blended. Combine 3/4 cups soft bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Set aside. Divide dough into 8 portions. Drop into buttered crumbs, turning to coat all sides. Set biscuits aside. Chili: Place meat balls in skillet. Combine cellery soup, 2 tablespoons flour, and paprika. Stir in 1/2 cup water, and undrained mushrooms. Pour mixture over meat balls in skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Pour boiling mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with biscuit topper. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
