BB: FAVORITE YUMMY OAT MEAl APPLE SQUARES

1 cup liquid butter buds
1 cup brown sugar, or:
1/2 cup brown sugar, plus:
2 teaspoon sweet and low brown
2 each egg beaters
1/3 cup apple juice
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup whole wheat or white flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 cup quick oats, not instant
2 cup diced green apples
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup sugar, or:
1/2 cup sugar, plus:
6 pkg sweet and low

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Pam spray on a 15-10 inch pan. Combine liquid butter buds, brown sugar, and white sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg beaters, apple juice, and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in oats, peeled and diced apples, and raisins, with a spoon. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes, or until brown, and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into bars. These cookie bars are really good served warm with a teaspoon of coolwhip on top. They can also be baked as muffins, for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Makes 48 cookies, or 48 muffins. Per serving, all sugar: fat 0.5 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 85, 5 percent calories from fat, protein 2 G, carbohydrate 19 G, sodium66 MG. Per serving, one half sweet and low: calories 70, carbohydrate 15 G.
