Scalloped Culiflower

1 can cream of celery soup
2 each eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup chopped canned peminetoes
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 each large culiflower, steamed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Place in 10-6 inch baking dish. Bake, 45 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
