Shaker Autumn Salad
fruits, salads, vegetables
1 pkg lemon jello
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup shreaded carrot
2 cup boiling water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool, until partially set. Add carrot, pineapple, vinegar, and salt. Pour into mold. Chilll until firm.
Yield: 8 servings
