Shaker Blue Cheese Mold

1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup milk
1 pkg cream cheese, softened, 8oz
1 pkg blue cheese, crumbled, 4oz
1/3 cup salad dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Combine cheeses and blend until smooth. Soften gelatin in milk for about 5 minutes in sauce pan. Then melt gelatin over low heat. Mix softened gelatin, salad dressing, lemon juice, and salt. Stir in cheese mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 inch square pan, or individual molds, which have been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. . Chil until set. May be served with asorted fruits.
