Shaker Caramel Frosting

1 each stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 lb powdered sugar

Melt butter in sauce pan, and add brown sugar. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Add milk and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Frost cake.

Yield: 16 servings
