Shaker Cheese Loaf

1 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can stuffed olives, drained
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup shaker country dressing
1 can pemintoes
2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon tobasco sauce

Chop olives, pemintoes, and pecans. Combine with grated cheese. Soften gelatin in cold water according to package directions, and dissolve, by setting cup holding unflavored gelatin in boiling water. Add country dressing to cheese mixture. Add salt, pepper, and gelatin. Whip cream and fold it in last. Place in mold that has been rinsed in cold water. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold, and decorate with pecan halves, and sliced stuffed olives.
