Shaker Cheese Straws

2 cup flour
1 3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup butter
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
3 tablespoon cold water
1 single parmisan cheese

Cut butter into flour with pastry cutter. Stir in cheese and pepper. Sprinkle with water. Stir with fork and work cheese mixture until dough is formed. Roll out on floured board. Cut in narrow strips with fluted pastry wheel, about 3 inches long. Place strips on lightly greased cookie sheets, and sprinkle with parmisan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, for about 10 minutes.
